Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup of butter (softened)
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of salt
2 cups of chocolate chips
👩🍳 Preparation Steps:
First, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Then, in a large bowl, mix the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. After that, add the eggs one at a time and stir well. Next, pour in the vanilla extract and mix again. While mixing, slowly add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Because the dough gets thick, you may need to use a spatula. So, make sure everything is well combined. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips and place spoonfuls of dough onto a baking tray. Although the cookies may look soft at first, they will harden as they cool. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
